Garden City-Mary JoAnna Waller Burkett, 61, passed away Monday, February 1, 2011 at Hospice Savannah.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
I was deeply saddened by the loss of JoAnn. I am a second cousin who was raised with JoAnn and her brothers and sister. I also was saddened to here about Johnny too. Please accept my condolences for both of your cherished loved ones. I remember JoAnn being a warm and loving person who always put family first. She always took care of who she loved and I am sure she will be missed by all.
